I just got home from the hospital after almost spending 2 weeks in there. It was very rough; but God granted me another day. I want to thank all my friends for their support and prayers. I want to thank my mom who never left my bedside for one minute. I also want to thank my nephew Sean for keeping my friends updated and for watching my puppy. But most of all I want to thank God. God Bless you all.

2009 will be the tenth year that a poem of mine will be used at the beginning of the Gage County (NE) Relay For Life. It will be the sixth year that I’ll do the actual reading of the poem. This year’s theme is “The 80s” and here is my verse.

My Aunties just recently been diagnosed with breast cancer's, and its been really hard on everyone!
